Solid Rotary Die

Solid Rotary die is a cutting cylinder whose cutting line is engraved on the cylinder surface. It can be used for various kinds of cutting types, such as kiss cutting, full cutting metal to metal, and also multilever cutting. This cutting cylinder is applicable for cutting wide range of material, such as pressure sensitive labels, RFID labels, IML labels, and also used for longer runs of thick label material and challenging cutting material, thermal transfer material, abrasive and thick material, tea bags, metal foil, foam, PET, PVC, OCA, non-woven fabrics, face mask, Automotive parts, medical materials, insulating material, graphene material and complicated synthesis material, etc.

It also can be designed as hollow for reducing weight or material waste movement. According to special application, we can also supply pin eject die, vacuum die, air eject die for waste removal, widely used in cutting apparel tags, gasket, electrical components for computer, Ipad, smart phone, etc.

Adopting high quality , we can supply high precision rotary die with minimum corner radius R0.1, minimum distance 0.15 mm between cutting die lines, small hole ø0.5 mm diameter of pin eject.
